Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Due to the digital nature of the Products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a Product has been purchased and delivered. However, if you receive a defective Product or encounter issues with downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of purchase to request a refund or exchange.
• Your rights to cancel and receive a refund or exchange for any purchase are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
